About ten seconds after she left, I went to the bathroom, turned on the lights and started screaming because a moth the size of a bat was flying around my head. Then I had to figure out how to get it out of the apartment. It involved a broom, closing all the doors and opening all the windows. I was very creative.
Day 86: Lauren and Milton. Isn't he cute?
Day 87: I tried to take a picture of a "typical" street corner. You can see the corner store - complete with people drinking cerveza outside and the fruit stand. There's a minuto stand there, too.
Day 88: At the end of the Rodadero there's a river that feeds into the Ocean. Along its banks someone bought the land and set it up as an iguana habitat. If you throw some bananas over the chainlink fence, you can get a lot of iguanas to come and eat. There are different types of iguanas, apparently. I don't know which types these are.
Day 89: Our pool phone.
Day 90: Our apartment is 11 stories up. When you aren't paying attention, it's easy to forget that.
Day 91: Mom, maybe you can tell me what these trees are. Either way, they're beautiful and the flowers drop beautifully. Spring is here!
